Hybrid ARC
- All communication is mirrored.
- This option is suitable when it is desired to maintain direct communication to any ARC while end customers require the use of the MyJABLOTRON application.
- The device sends information to the ARC as a priority, and after its delivery, identical data is sent to the CLOUD for the app.
- ARC has two communication channels from the control panel available.
- Connection between distributor and installers is up to the ARC – JABLOTRON does not provide any support.
- If set up incorrectly, it can severely disable or slow down the MyJABLOTRON app.
- There is no contractual relationship between ARC and JABLOTRON.
- Jablotron is not responsible for the correct settings nor the success of the communication – The responsibility lies with the installation technician and the ARC.
- Interaction with the installer is required for each connection to the ARC.
Control panel communicates by priority to ARC depending on the selected communication channel, afterwards it mirrors the information into JABLOTRON CLOUD where the data are processed for the MyJABLOTRON app. This option ensure that the end-user has always up-to-date information but does not guarantee the validity of information received by the ARC.
